Abstract: |
Prague, during the reign of Holy Roman Emperor Rudolf II, experienced a Renaissance transformation, becoming a hub of cultural and intellectual exchange. The city's population grew significantly, attracting people from various European countries to serve the court and contribute to the city's cosmopolitan atmosphere. Prague's religious diversity, artistic achievements, and scientific advancements under Rudolf II's patronage made it a vibrant Renaissance city until political turmoil led to its downfall in the early 17th century.
