Abstract: |
Amid the escalating trade war between the United States and China, Beijing held a Central Conference on Work Relating to Neighboring Countries to strengthen economic ties with Central Asia and Southeast Asia. The conference emphasized the importance of neighborhood diplomacy for economic development and national security, focusing on building a community with a shared future for neighboring countries. China's diplomatic activities in its immediate periphery, including efforts to establish an Asian security model, reflect a strategic adjustment to counter the China-U.S. trade war and promote regional unity. Mongolia, as a key neighbor of China, is closely monitoring these developments and considering its participation in potential regional security frameworks. [Extracted from the article] |
