Abstract: The "IDRA Newsletter" serves as a vehicle for communication with educators, school board members, decision-makers, parents, and the general public concerning the educational needs of all children across the United States. The focus of this issue is "College Readiness and Success." Contents include: (1) Texas School Counselors Point to Troubling State of College Advising: IDRA Studies the Role of Middle School Counselors in Supporting Students' College Readiness; (2) Texas' Ban on College Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Offices Takes Effect (Chloe Latham Sikes); (3) Encouraging STEM Pathways through Student and Teacher Experiences (Stephanie GarcĂ­a); and (4) IDRA Priorities for the 2024 Georgia General Assembly Session.
