More Details: Multiple symmetric lipomatosis (MSL) is a rare disorder that is characterized by accumulating of uncapsulated adipose tissue, mainly at the neck, upper trunk and sometimes other side of body unrelated with obesity. The patients are usually middle-aged males from Mediterranean area with history of alcohol abuse. Three clinical forms have described according to the distribution of fatty tumors as Madelung’s fatty neck, pseudo-athletic type and gynaecoid type. We present a 51 years old male case contains features of all three clinical forms together.
