More Details: A 24-year-old woman with chronic active Epstein-Barr virus (CAEBV) infection successfully underwent coronary artery bypass grafting for triple coronary arteries with chronic total occlusion and aneurysms. This case underscores the importance of accurate assessment and treatment of coronary artery lesions in patients with CAEBV infection.
