More Details: Based on the characteristics such as lithology, a predictive model for anti-drilling characteristic parameters suitable for the Shunbei block was selected. By analyzing and calculating logging data, anti-drilling characteristic parameters for 22 wells were successfully obtained. Subsequently, a three-dimensional geometric model was established based on well locations and stratigraphic information, and a three-dimensional anti-drilling characteristic parameter model was obtained through assignment, well roughening, and longitudinal and transverse Gaussian interpolation. A detailed analysis based on the model revealed the longitudinal distribution characteristics of anti-drilling characteristic parameters from the Neogene to Ordovician and the lateral distribution characteristics of Permian strata. The results showed that the abrasiveness of shallow layers in the Permian is relatively low, while the abrasiveness of layers below the Permian significantly increases. From the Neogene to the Ordovician, the anti-drilling characteristic parameters of rocks show an increasing trend, with the Permian and Neogene strata having larger anti-drilling characteristic parameters compared to adjacent strata, and showing a more obvious alternation between soft and hard layers. In the Shunbei block, the overall anti-drilling characteristic parameters of northern Permian strata are higher than those of southern strata, while the difference in anti-drilling characteristic parameters between eastern and western parts is not significant. The successfully established three-dimensional rock anti-drilling characteristic parameter model provides a basis for further research. Finally, the predicted results of anti-drilling characteristic parameters for Permian and Carboniferous-Silurian formations were applied to optimize drilling bit selection and drilling parameters, The mechanical drilling rate (ROP) in the Permian formations increased by 53.80%, and that in the Carboniferous-Silurian formations increased by 35.10%. This method not only effectively improves the matching between the drill bit and the target strata but also provides important theoretical basis for rapid drilling in the Shunbei block.
