More Details: The new normal of online learning eventually changed how students dress for online classes. It also highlighted the concepts of self-management through the exercise of self-discipline. This study determined the dress code policy adherence and self-discipline of selected university students through a descriptive-correlational research design involving 100 purposively chosen students. The respondents are mostly young adults, female, third year level taking-up business administration. The researcher-made instrument measured the levels of dress code policy adherence and the self-discipline of the respondents. Results showed that students have high levels of dress code policy adherence and self-discipline. However, only age, sex, and course are significantly related to dress code policy adherence whereas only age and sex are significantly related to self-discipline. The study further reflected that past behavior is significantly related to the self-discipline. The results of the study may serve as inputs to the review of the institutional dress code policy in the new normal.
