Case presentation: An analysis of two cases, the first patient with Rokitansky syndrome compared to the second one with Morris syndrome, operated in conjunction with the Gynecology and Plastic Surgery service was carried out, with a 4-year follow-up, with the surgical McIndoe technique, evaluating: the integration of the graft with the size of the conformer, and a 2-month follow-up evaluation of the sexual satisfaction through Barcelona Scale. Conclusion: The patients were able to have a moderate to acceptable sexual function compared to their state before the surgery.
