More Details: Distributed Power Flow Controller (DPFC) is a power flow control device based on power electronics technology, which can achieve balanced and optimized power flow distribution, limit overload of power flow section and suppress power oscillations through coordinated control of multiple subunits. This paper analyzes the protection measures of DPFC when the AC line fault occurs, and puts forward the control and protection strategy of DPFC, which makes DPFC have fault crossing ability and improves the reliability of DPFC. The rationality and engineering applicability of the strategy of DPFC proposed in this paper are verified by analyzing the instantaneous fault of AC line during the actual operation of Huzhou DPFC project.
