More Details: Hexahydromethanocarbazole is a bridged polycyclic scaffold present in drugs and photoactive organic materials, however the efficient synthesis of this scaffold remains challenging. Here, the authors develop a multicomponent reaction cascade via phenylnorbornyl palladium species to generate hexahydromethanocarbazole-based libraries with CYP11B1 inhibition activity.
