More Details: Polyamine metabolism is frequently dysregulated in cancers. Here, the authors show that a polyamine biosynthetic enzyme, spermine synthase, is overexpressed in colorectal cancers and cooperates with MYC to prevent cancer cell apoptosis by repression of proapoptotic protein, Bim.
