More Details: The risk of an anastomotic pseudoaneurysm in vascular Behçet's disease (v-BD) is always present, even after successful vascular surgery. We report the continuation of a case of a 35-year- man, who underwent an open repair with prosthetic arterial reconstruction, due to a ruptured anastomotic pseudoaneurysm of the proximal anastomosis of the superficial femoral artery. Nine months ago, the interposition of a synthetic graft, after a ruptured true aneurysm of the superficial femoral artery was performed, since his first diagnosis with v-BD. Regular vascular evaluation in combination with immunosuppressive therapy is an important factor in inhibiting the development of postoperative complications and providing a good prognosis for the disease.1-4
