More Details: In order to strengthen the risk prevention and control of oil and gas pipelines, the integrity management concept is introduced into the Chinese pipeline industry. By introducing, digesting, and absorbing advanced methods for the integrity management of foreign oil and gas pipelines, and re-innovating according to the actual conditions of China's oil and gas pipelines, a "564" integrity management work-flow covering the full life cycle of pipeline construction, operation, and abandonment disposal was developed, an entire chain organizational structure including pipeline integrity management, technical research and development, technical services, and promotion and application was established, and a complete integrity management data, standards, technology, and talent guarantee system has been formed. The full life cycle integrity management for oil and gas pipelines has improved the intrinsic safety of the pipeline and obtained significant achievements. The modes, codes and standards established in exploration and practice not only ensure the safe and stable operation of oil and gas pipelines, but also provide a reference for the development of the industry.
