Abstract: The phase 2 ORPHEUS trial is one of the first prospective studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of retifanlimab (an anti-PD-1 agent) in patients with metastatic penile squamous cell carcinoma. Retifanlimab exhibited signals of clinical activity, with a manageable safety profile.
