| Abstract: |
We report 16 cases of neonatal vascular thrombosis treated with the same protocol for recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator infusion. Flow restoration was complete in seven patients, partial in seven, and absent in two. Safety was satisfactory provided contraindications were respected. (J Pediatr 1998;133:137-40) |
