Abstract: Gestational diabetes is a common medical problem in pregnancy. Statistics indicate that between 3 percent and 12 percent of pregnant women will develop gestational diabetes each year. The World-Wide Web provides pregnant women and their concerned families and friends with convenient access to diabetes-related information and resources. Included in this article is a select, annotated list of Web-based resources concerning gestational diabetes. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
