Abstract: |
The article discusses the importance of competitive intelligence in the beauty business. The four types of competitors are direct, indirect, actual and potential competitors. The best way to slow down competitors is by offering exceptional service and unmatched selection of hard-to-locate retail goods. The U.S. Economic Espionage Act (EEA) of 1996 is intended to implicate those responsible for gathering trade secrets. |
