[Objective] This study explored the effects of polysaccharides and hormones on formation of Amorphophallus bulbifer multi-leaves to provide basis for regulating germination and growth of multileaves of A. bulbifer.【Method】 In 2020, the seedlings of natural A. bulbifer from 1 to 4 leaf st ages were collected, taking Amorphophallus konjac with only one compound leaf as the control. The petiole length, corm fresh quality and root length at each stage, as well as the changes of reducing polysaccharide, starch, zeatin (ZT), gibberellin (GA3), auxin (IAA) and abscisic acid (ABA) in various organs were measured. In 2021,20 ptg/L ZT solution and 40/ig/L IAA solution were sprayed on A. bulbifer seedlings, and A. konjac seedlings sprayed with water were used as control. Newly germinated young leaves from 1 to 4 leaf stages were collected and coritents of ZT, GA3, IAA and ABA in new leaves at each stage were measured.【Resuit J (1) In 2020, with the ext ension of growth period, the petiole length, corm fresh quality and root of A. bulbifer seedlings in each growth period showed an increasing trend, but they were lower than that of A. konjac. The contents of reducing polysaccharides and starch in organs of A. bulbifer seedlings at each stage increased with the extension of growth period, and the contents of reducing polysaccharides and starch in new leaves were lower than those in old leaves. With the extension of growth period, the ZT contents in leaves and roots of A. bulbifer seedlings increased significantly with lower values in new leaves than in old leaves at each stage. The contents of ZT in petiole and corm decreased significantly. With the extension of growth period, the contents of GA3, IAA and ABA in organs of seedlings gradually increased, and the contents of GA3, IAA and ABA in new leaves were higher than those in old leaves. With the extension of growth period, the changes in sugar and hormone contents in different organs of A. konjac at each stage decreased and they were lower than those of A. bulbifer. (2) In 2021, the content of ZT in young leaves of A. bulbifer seedlings after ZT spray increased significantly; and the formation rate of lateral leaves was significantly promoted. Spraying IAA also significantly increased contents of IAA, GA3 and ABA, but significantly inhibited the formation of lateral leaves of A. bulbifer seedlings.【Conclusion】 High contents of sugar and ZT and low contents of GA3 JAA and ABA in A. bulbifer were conducive to lateral leaf germination and growth. 【目的】探究多糖和激素对珠芽魔芋多叶形成的作用, 为调控珠芽魔芋多叶萌发生长提供理论依据。 【方法】2020年,分别采集自然生长珠芽魔芋1叶期至4叶期幼苗, 以当年仅着生1片复叶的花魔芋为对照, 测定各时 期的叶柄长、球茎鲜质量和根长, 以及各器官中还原性多糖、淀粉以及玉米素(ZT)、赤霉素(GAQ、生长素(IAA)和脱 落酸(ABA)含量变化;2021年, 分别以20 pg/L ZT溶液和40 Mg/L IAA溶液喷施珠芽魔芋幼苗, 以喷施清水的珠芽 魔芋幼苗为对照, 分别采集幼苗1叶期至4叶期最新萌发嫩叶, 测定各时期新叶中ZT.GAs.IAA和ABA含量。【结 果】(1)2020年, 随着生长期延长,珠芽魔芋幼苗各生长时期的叶柄长、球茎鲜质量和根长均呈增加趋势, 但是均低于 花魔芋。各时期珠芽魔芋幼苗各器官中还原性多糖、淀粉含量均随着生长期的延长而增加;新叶中的还原性多糖和 淀粉含量比老叶低。随着生长期的延长, 珠芽魔芋幼苗叶片和根的ZT含量均明显增加, 各时期新叶ZT含量比老叶 低;而叶柄和球茎的ZT含量明显降低。随着生长期的延长, 珠芽魔芋幼苗各器官中GAs、IAA和ABA含量逐渐上 升, 新叶GAs、IAA和ABA含量总体比老叶高。随着生长期的延长, 各时期花魔芋不同器官糖和激素含量变化幅度 较小,且均低于珠芽魔芋。(2)2021年, 与对照相比, 喷施ZT后, 珠芽魔芋幼苗嫩叶ZT含量明显增加, 且明显促进了 幼苗侧叶形成速度;喷施IAA明显增加了幼苗IAA、GAs和ABA含量, 显著抑制了珠芽魔芋幼苗侧叶形成。【结论】 珠芽魔芋中较高含量糖分和ZT及较低含量GAs、IAA和ABA有利于珠芽魔芋侧叶萌发和生长。.
