Abstract: Some patients with reported European hornet anaphylaxis may be sensitized by previous wasp field stings. For the wasp sting challenge test, we invited 4 patients (3 males, age 29-48) with grade IV reaction after European hornet field sting and no reaction after wasp field sting.
