Abstract: |
The article discusses research which focused on the pharmacological modulation of MST1 and MST2 protein kinases for possible application in tissue regeneration and repair medicine. Topics explored include the use of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in the discovery of the Hippo pathway inhibitor XMU-MP-1, the role of XMU-MP-1 in MST1 and MST2 kinase activities, and the cocrystallization of XMU-MP-1 to determine its structure. |
