Abstract:	The article re-analyzes the mechanism of tectonic-magmatic activity and associated ore-forming process of polygenetic compounds deposits on the basis of latest research progresses on modern continental dynamics and geodynamics, and their applications to geoscientic system. It suggests that the mechanism for the tectonic-magmatic activity coincides with that for plate tectonics.
