This article presents three recommendations for fostering an inclusive culture in racially diverse teams in the workplace. The author shares her experiences in team management education and details the areas of recognizing differences, uncovering and establishing common ground, and commitment to having difficult conversations. In the last section three tips for how to facilitate these conversations are shared. |
