Abstract: |
The article looks at the vulnerability of commercial VPNs to being identified and blocked by governments or other actors. It outlines the authors' research on identifying patterns that allow VPNs to be detected and discusses the conclusion that many commercial VPNs are highly vulnerable to detecting and possible blocking. |
