Abstract: This study investigates how AI has enhanced HR efficiency while improving employee satisfaction. The study aims to offer a nuanced knowledge of the consequences and possible benefits of integrating AI-driven tools in HR service delivery by analyzing the integration of AI technology in recruiting, onboarding, perf ormance management, and talent development processes. An in-depth analysis of the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) technology integration on organizational effectiveness and employee experience is provided in this study. The report investigates how AI-driven tools transform conventional HR processes and provides information on the possible advant ages and difficulties.
