| Abstract (English): |
Allergy often affects young women in the procreative period. Anaphylaxis in pregnancy is a condition that, fortunately, happens relatively rarely. However, it is a condition that potentially poses a significant threat to the mother and the fetus. Bronchial asthma is a common disease, also in pregnant women. It is widely believed that one third of patients treated for asthma have worsening symptoms during pregnancy, one third does not experience any change in the severity of the disease and one-third experience improvement of asthma control. Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a very common disease, affecting one in six European citizens. It is a common n children, adolescents and young adults, so it is natural that it also can affect pregnant women. Food allergy in pregnant women is a complex problem. Despite the significant development of allergology in the recent years and as a result, a wide spectrum of diagnostic possibilities, the most important method in the treatment of food allergy is still an elimination diet The review article presents selected practical aspects concerning the management of pregnant women with allergic diseases. Alergia dotyczy niejednokrotnie młodych kobiet, w okresie prokreacyjnym. Anafilaksja w ciąży jest stanem, który na szczęście zdarza się relatywnie rzadko. Jest to jednak stan potencjalnie stanowiący istotne zagrożenie dla matki i płodu. Astma jest częstą chorobą, także u ciężarnych. Powszechnie uważa się, że u jednej trzeciej pacjentów leczonych z powodu astmy dochodzi do nasilenia objawów w trakcie ciąży, u jednej trzeciej stan pozostaje bez zmian, a u jednej trzeciej kontrola astmy ulega poprawie. Alergiczny nieżyt nosa (ANN, ang. Allergic rhinitis) jest chorobą bardzo częstą, dotykającą co szóstego obywatela Europy. Jest to choroba częsta u dzieci, młodzieży i młodych dorosłych, więc naturalne jest, że dotyczy także ciężarnych kobiet. Alergia pokarmowa u ciężarnych jest złożonym problemem. Pomimo znacznego rozwoju alergologii w ostatnim okresie, coraz doskonalszych narzędzi diagnostycznych, nadal podstawą w leczeniu alergii pokarmowej pozostaje dieta eliminacyjna W artykule poglądowym przedstawiono wybrane aspekty praktyczne, dotyczące postepowania z ciężarną z chorobami alergicznymi.
