| Abstract: |
The compound 5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4H-chromen-4-one (flavonol derivative) has been isolated from Pelarogonium graveolens for the first time. The isolated bio-active compound has been obtained from the chloroform extract of the Pelarogonium. The compound has been analysed by spectral data and its structure confirmed by X-ray crystallography analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
