Abstract: |
A 60-year-old male with an MCA pseudoaneurysm and cribriform plate arteriovenous fistula underwent a complex surgical procedure involving a superficial temporal artery-double limbed descending lateral circumflex femoral artery interposition graft–temporal/frontal M2 bypass and trapping of the pseudoaneurysm. Postoperative imaging confirmed the success of the bypass and obliteration of the pseudoaneurysm and fistula. The procedure was reported by Vincent N. Nguyen, Robert G. Briggs, Nadia A. Atai, Joseph N. Carey, and Jonathan J. Russin in the Journal of Neurological Surgery. Part B. Skull Base. [Extracted from the article] |
