Abstract: A 53-year-old woman with a 16-year history of epilepsy underwent microsurgical tumor resection for a mass in her left temporal lobe. The tumor was identified as a Diffuse glioneuronal tumor with oligodendroglioma-like features and nuclear clusters. This rare entity predominantly affects pediatric patients but can also occur in older individuals, with distinct radiological and histopathological characteristics. Patients with this tumor generally have a favorable prognosis following surgical resection, although larger studies are needed to further understand these rare tumors. [Extracted from the article]
