Abstract (English): |
This article offers as a didactic resource for teaching ecology a dynamic activity based on a game and in contact with nature, implemented during initial teacher training. Data were collected on the affective and cognitive domains and it was found that, after intervention, teachers in training reported significant improvements both in their understanding of concepts related to ecology (food chains, population, community) and in their emotional component in the learning of natural sciences. The participants positively evaluated the use of the implemented methodology (Game-Based Learning), highlighting motivational, didactic and transference aspects for their future teaching work. En este artículo se ofrece una actividad dinámica basada en el juego y en el contacto con la naturaleza como recurso didáctico para la enseñanza de la ecología, implementada durante la formación inicial de maestros. Se han recogido datos sobre el dominio afectivo y cognitivo y se ha comprobado que, tras la intervención, los docentes en formación reportan mejoras significativas tanto en la comprensión sobre conceptos relacionados con la ecología (cadenas tróficas, población, comunidad) como en su componente emocional ante el aprendizaje de las Ciencias Naturales. Los participantes evaluaron positivamente el uso de la metodología implementada (Aprendizaje Basado en Juegos), resaltando aspectos motivacionales, didácticos y de transferencia para su futura labor docente.
