Abstract: |
This document presents a study that describes 40 patients with diabetes who developed anti-insulin antibodies, leading to a lack of effectiveness in their treatment. The patients had different medical histories and were taking various medications for their diabetes. The study found that some patients showed improvement after switching medications or receiving immunomodulatory therapy, while others experienced ongoing lack of efficacy and complications. These cases highlight the challenges and potential complications associated with insulin therapy in patients with diabetes. [Extracted from the article] |
