Abstract (English): |
Human-centered strategies, focused on resilience and sustainability are the pillars of Industry 5.0. In the purposes of the Cuban Government included in the Social Economic Development Plan to 2030, the intention of the objectives that define the fifth industrial revolution is presented in a dispersed manner. The intention of this article is to arouse in the reader the interest of analysis referred to the possible convergence, among others, of: the continuity of Industry 4.0 to 5.0, the strategic importance of science and innovation in the development of nations, the need for clean industries, the circular economy and recycling, learning and requalification of the workforce. Las estrategias centradas en el ser humano, enfocadas hacia la resiliencia y la sostenibilidad son los pilares de la Industria 5.0. En los propósitos del Gobierno Cubano incluidos en el Plan de Desarrollo Económico Social al 2030 se presenta de manera dispersa la intención de los objetivos que definen la quinta revolución industrial. La intención de este artículo es despertar en el lector el interés de análisis referido a la posible convergencia, entre otros, de: la continuidad de la Industria 4.0 a la 5.0, la importancia estratégica de ciencia e innovación en el desarrollo de las naciones, la necesidad de las industrias limpias, la economía circular y el reciclaje, el aprendizaje y la recalificación de la fuerza de trabajo.
