Staphylococcal malignancy of the face is an uncommon infection with a rapidly expanding capacity and a life-threatening prognosis due to the risk of cerebral thrombophlebitis. We report the case of a young man who presented with multiple and simultaneous complications of malignant staphylococcal disease of the face following manipulation of an endonarinary boil.
