Abstract: |
this paper we introduce a new modification of q-homotopy analysis method namely Simpson's q-homotopy analysis method (Sq-HAM) which is composition of Simpson's 1/3 rule and q-homotopy analysis method to find an approximate solutions to the non-linear Fredholm integral and integro-differential equations. u (i) (x) = f (x) + λ ∫ a b K (x , t) F (u (t)) d t , i ≥ 0 u (a) = α 0 , u ' (a) = α 1 , ⋯ , u (i − 1) (a) = α i − 1 , after expressed of integral part of integral equation as composite Simpsons 1 3 rule and solve a resulting equation by using the q-homotopy analysis method.
