The article published in the Central European Journal of Public Health in June 2023 discusses the detection of axillary lymphadenopathy during breast examinations following COVID-19 vaccination. The study presents four cases of accidental findings of lymphadenopathy in patients after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine in the Czech Republic. The article highlights the increasing occurrence of axillary lymphadenopathy post-vaccination and provides recommendations for follow-up examinations and clinical management. The study emphasizes the importance of considering recent vaccination history in breast imaging to avoid unnecessary interventions. [Extracted from the article] |
