Abstract: The article reports on the incidence of norovirus outbreaks in the U.S. from August 2012 through July 2022. Topics discussed include a decline in the incidence of norovirus outbreaks in the country in April 2020, a growth in norovirus outbreaks in the U.S. since January 2022, prevention of transmission of norovirus, and the establishment of the Norovirus Sentinel Testing and Tracking Network by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2012.
