Abstract: Our definitions for $d$ Graph and $\epsilon$ Graph affect the forms of the first order components of the coordinate mapping, $X 1$ Graph and $Y 1$ Graph. Our forms of $B$ Graph, $X 1$ Graph and $Y 1$ Graph can be compared with (79)-(81) of Garren & Boozer (1991), and can be seen to agree, given our definitions of $\epsilon$ Graph, $d$ Graph and $\bar {d}$ Graph, and the substitution $\kappa \rightarrow \kappa ^s$ Graph. \end{equation} Graph Note the factor of $\epsilon$ Graph is missing in the paper.
