The author discusses ways in which people may remember the COVID-19 pandemic that began in 2020. The author relates her experience of the moment when she realized that the global pandemic is serious and discusses a survey she conducted regarding how people will remember the pandemic in the future, and the primary effect related to memory introduced to her by psychology professor Henry L. Roediger III and anthology professor James Wertsch. |
