The article describes the possible consequences of using/abusing new technologies in the context of mental health. It is an attempt to reflect how smartphones, e-mail, computer games, social media affect our lives, things we can do to increase potential benefits and minimize the risks associated with these technologies. W artykule opisano możliwe konsekwencje używania/nadużywania nowych technologii w kontekście zdrowia psychicznego. Praca jest próbą refleksji na temat tego, jak smartfony, poczta elektroniczna, gry komputerowe, media społecznościowe wpływają na życie, co można zrobić, aby zwiększyć potencjalne korzyści i zminimalizować ryzyka związane z tymi technologiami.
