Abstract: The article presents a case study of an elderly male patient who was admitted to a hospital due to a one-year history of progressive gait imbalance, easy forgetfulness and slowness. The patient underwent a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain which showed multiple T2 white matter hyperintense lesions in the area of the pons suggestive of chronic infarcts resulting to palatal tremor disorder. The patient was advised to underwent surgical reduction of the basilar artery diameter.
