Abstract: The article focuses on extradition law that regulates transnational crime and multilateral extradition treaties addressing sovereignty and transnational crime. Topics discussed include a brief history of extradition, modern-day extradition procedures in the U.S, the judicial review of case Soering v. United Kingdom by the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), the Extradition Treaty of 1972 between U.S and Great Britain, and article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
