More Details: | With the continuous upgrading of communication technology and weapon equipment,the role of absorbing materials has become increasingly important,and the research on absorbing materials has rapidly developed in recent years.Carbonyl iron is widely used in the preparation of absorbing materials,owing to its high saturation magnetization and low production cost.However,due to the high surface activity of carbonyl iron absorbents,they are prone to corrosion or high-temperature oxidation in marine or high-temperature environments,which seriously affects their absorption performance.As the requirements for absorbing materials of equipment continue to increase,the corrosion and oxidation resistant modification technologies of carbonyl iron absorbers have gradually become a research hotspot.Herein,this article focused on the research progress of surface modification technology of carbonyl iron absorbers.Research showed that the surface modification of coatings could improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of carbonyl iron absorbers,and some modification methods could also improve the microwave absorption performance of materials.Besides,on the basis of balancing high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance,the development of absorbing materials with thin thickness and wide frequency band would be the main direction of future development. |
