Abstract (English): |
Globalization brings challenges and at the same time makes it easier for leaders in the field of work to think economically. The increasing unemployment rate every year shows that graduates of educational institutions are less competitive. Education has become a primary need and also a responsibility of every individual. To achieve a prosperous life, those involved in education, both as providers and recipients, must have an understanding of entrepreneurship to achieve educational goals. In other words, realizing an entrepreneurial spirit can support the achievement of Education goals. Pondok Pesantren is one of the educational institutions and skill development that has a lot of potential, including economic potential. Enhancing this potential becomes a challenge for pesantren to improve the economic welfare of the pesantren itself and the wider community. The principles in building a business unit in pesantren are: (1) the business unit is not privately owned but owned by the institution, the leader does not have the right to make sectoral policies related to financial management; (2) good administration is very important to maintain trust, there must be reports and regular deliberations by the leader related to the development of the business unit; (3) recruit workers who are experts in their fields and come from within the institution so that communication can run smoothly; (4) pay attention to the legality of the business entity to maximize existing opportunities; (5) form an expert team, at least senior personnel to monitor the development of the business unit. Globalisasi membawa tantangan dan sekaligus memudahkan pemimpin dalam bidang pekerjaan untuk berpikir secara ekonomis. Kenaikan angka pengangguran setiap tahun menunjukkan bahwa lulusan institusi pendidikan kurang memiliki daya saing. Pendidikan telah menjadi kebutuhan utama dan juga menjadi tanggung jawab setiap individu. Untuk mencapai kehidupan yang makmur, mereka yang terlibat dalam pendidikan, baik sebagai pemberi maupun penerima, harus memiliki pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dengan kata lain, mewujudkan jiwa kewirausahaan dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan. Pondok Pesantren adalah salah satu institusi pendidikan dan pengembangan keterampilan yang memiliki banyak potensi, termasuk potensi ekonomi. Meningkatkan potensiini menjadi tantangan bagi pesantren untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi pesantren itu sendiri dan masyarakat luas. Prinsip-prinsip dalam membangun unit bisnis di pesantren adalah: (1) unit bisnis bukan milik individu tetapi milik institusi, pimpinan tidak berhak membuat kebijakan sektoral terkait manajemen keuangan; (2) administrasi yang baik sangat penting untuk menjaga kepercayaan, harus ada laporan dan musyawarah rutin oleh pimpinan terkait perkembangan unit bisnis; (3) merekrut tenaga kerja yang ahli di bidangnya dan berasal dari internal institusi sehingga komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan lancar; (4) memperhatikan legalitas badan usaha untuk memaksimalkan peluang yang ada; (5) membentuk tim ahli, minimal tenaga senior untuk memantau perkembangan unit bisnis.
