Abstract: | The article explores the relationship between social vulnerability, body mass index (BMI), and pituitary tumor volume. A retrospective study conducted at a Bronx institution found that increased social vulnerability and higher BMI were associated with decreased tumor volume. This contradicts the assumption that limited access to healthcare leads to later tumor presentation. Further research is needed to understand the factors contributing to these findings.
